Lookout Lot Easement

Lookout Lot consists of 100 acres of mixed woodland and scattered open fields extending from Harpswell Neck Road to Middle Bay, with 1600 feet of pristine shoreline visible from town landing at Lookout Point. The property remains in a substantially undeveloped state and contains valuable habitat for a variety of plants and animals. Long stone windrows provide evidence that the Lot was once a salt water farm.
